SYD International Holdings LLC is a US company founded in Orlando, Florida, with the vision of offering innovative and comprehensive real estate solutions for investors, families, and new residents seeking real opportunities in the United States.
Although we were founded in the United States, we have solid international backing thanks to the more than ten years of experience of SYD Inversiones S.A.S., our affiliated company in Colombia, which specializes in the purchase, development, and sale of urban development projects. This experience has allowed us to consolidate a real estate development model based on trust, compliance, and the creation of sustainable value.
SYD International Holdings LLC was created to expand operations in the US market, taking advantage of the opportunities offered by the state of Florida as one of the most attractive destinations to live, invest, and grow family wealth.

Executive with more than 8 years of experience in leading construction and real estate development projects, with a special emphasis on rural and tourist environments. He has successfully managed more than 9 rural development projects in Colombia, demonstrating a solid ability to integrate sustainability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
As CEO of SYD INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS, he leads corporate strategy, international expansion, and strategic alliance management. His business vision focuses on identifying high-impact investment opportunities and consolidating a competitive and sustainable real estate portfolio. He stands out for his skills in strategic leadership, negotiation, multidisciplinary team management, and project execution with global quality standards. Our team, together with the founding partners, is made up of professionals with a proven track record in key strategic areas.
Susana Sierra
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Certified Public Accountant with an MBA in Business Administration and a specialization in International Business. With more than 18 years of experience in financial, accounting, and administrative management, and more than 5 years in real estate project structuring, she has built a career that combines technical rigor with strategic vision.
She currently serves as General Manager of SYD Inversiones and G-LIFE Business in Colombia, as well as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer (CFO) of K-OS Innovation. At SYD INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS, she leads financial planning, budget control, economic feasibility analysis, and comprehensive management of administrative and tax matters, bringing confidence and solidity to each project. Our team, together with the founding partners, is made up of professionals with a proven track record in key strategic areas.
Jymmy Saravia
Chief Innovation Officer (CIO)
Industrial Engineer with a Master’s Degree in Innovation Management and more than 20 years of experience in research, technological development, entrepreneurship, and innovation. He has led strategic projects in high-impact institutions as Director of the ZASCA Technology Center, Head of the Innovation Department at COTECMAR, and consultant for companies and programs in the innovation ecosystem in Colombia.
He is the founder and CEO of K-OS Innovation and Innovation Manager at SYD Inversiones. As Chief Innovation Officer (CIO) of SYD INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS, he drives the incorporation of new technologies, digital transformation, and knowledge management, ensuring that the company remains at the forefront and positions itself as a benchmark in the real estate industry.
